Booking & Cancellations: A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. The full balance will be due eight months before the date of your event. If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the date of the signed agreement, you will receive a full refund.  The deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation after 7 days of signing the contract.

Sound & Timing: In consideration of our neighbors’ peace and quiet you will be required to use a preset “in house” sound system and we ask that your event end no later than 10:30 PM.

Catering: A licensed catering company must provide a full cooking and serving staff including at least one bartender if alcohol is being served. The caterer is responsible for set-up, breakdown, and cleanup of the site (leaving the catering areas as they found them). The prep kitchen does not include water, cooling, freezing, or cooking facilities. Caterers must bring in and take away all water for cooking, cleaning, and drinking.

Toilets: We created an indoor area to accommodate toilet trailers within the arena. There are two separate spaces (one for a handicap facility and one for a larger multi-toilet trailer), that can be easily driven into. The cost of trailer rentals is not included in the basic site fee.

Clean-up: Renters must employ our staff for clean-up. This includes removal of all decorations, food, trash and rental equipment within 24 hours of event, unless otherwise specified.

Insurance: Renters are required to obtain event insurance and are liable for any damage to Windhorse Farm, its grounds, equipment and facilities, during the setup, cleanup and event.

Private Property: This is a private property. We kindly ask that you and your guests respect the “No Trespassing” signs where posted.
